Employee connection transforms the workplace.

We teach you how to build it.

According to research by Cigna, each lonely worker costs their employer $4,200 a year in missed days of work and lost productivity.

Most businesses leave it to employees to develop workplace relationships on their own, but this is an incredible missed opportunity. Positive relationships at work not only save money, they’re also the number one reason people choose to stay in their jobs AND the top predictor of job satisfaction!

What difference would it make to your business if you could increase job satisfaction and retain your best employees? That’s what happens when you help employees build good relationships in the workplace. And you don’t have to figure out how to do it on your own.

We provide a proven step-by-step roadmap for building positive relationships quickly.

Implementing one of our programs is less than the cost of having just two lonely employees. Imagine what you could save—and the impact you could have—if you help a dozen, or a hundred employees feel more connected! ProjectConnect Certification Options

The ProjectConnect program helps small groups of employees get to know each other and form positive relationships quickly. A participant summed it up like this, “I got to know my co-workers better in 5 sessions than I had in 5 years of working together.”

The 5-session program takes small groups of 4-6 employees through a series of question prompts and activities that strengthen social intelligence skills, build connection, and create community.

ProjectConnect may be used to:

  • Help “on-board” new employees and connect them to your organization

  • Build relationships between departments and bridge silos

  • Promote inclusion of underrepresented employees

The program is simple to scale, so you can help tens—or hundreds—of employees connect. And, based on Cigna’s estimate of the cost of employee loneliness, you’ll more than recoup your investment after only two employees connect!

Participant feedback has been overwhelmingly positive!

98%

of participants said they would recommend ProjectConnect to their colleagues

99%

said they would like to meet again with their group after the program ended

There are two options for bringing ProjectConnect to your workplace.

You can see/download descriptions and pricing HERE, or purchase now HERE.

1

Delivered virtually

ProjectConnect program delivered over Zoom in a series of six 60 to 90-minute sessions for up to 200 participants.

This option is ideal for workplaces that:

  • Want to help 20-200 employees establish meaningful connections with colleagues

  • Want us to deliver the program for you (versus training facilitators within your organization).

Each session highlights a core social intelligence skill and gives participants the opportunity to reflect, practice, and engage in conversation with the same 4-6 employees in breakout rooms. The program can be scheduled over consecutive days—to accelerate connection—or over the course of six weeks.

2

Facilitator Certification

4-hour ProjectConnect Facilitator training delivered over Zoom for up to 16 employees.

This option is ideal for workplaces that:

  • Want to make an ongoing commitment to building employee connection and community

  • Have a group of 4-16 employees interested in becoming certified to lead ProjectConnect groups

This training prepares participants to lead virtual or in-person groups of 4-6 coworkers through the ProjectConnect program. Once certified, participants will have access to the ProjectConnect curriculum and will be able to continue to facilitate groups within your organization year after year.
