Employee connection transforms the workplace.
We help you build it.
Employee connection transforms the workplace.
We help you build it.
Most businesses leave employees’ sense of connection and belonging to chance, assuming they’ll build relationships with co-workers and supervisors on their own. This is like THROWING MONEY AWAY! Gallup estimates that the cost of replacing a single employee is .5 to 2X their annual salary (for a $100K employee, that’s $50-200K)! On the other hand, having good relationships at work is the number one reason people choose to stay in their jobs AND the top predictor of job satisfaction!
You work hard to hire new employees and get them in the door. Once they’re here, helping them build strong relationships can make the difference between whether they choose to stay or leave. Imagine creating a culture where your best employees want to stay. That’s what building connection does. And it’s easier than you might think.

According to a study by Cigna, 6 out of 10 employees are lonely. Helping employees build positive workplace relationships is one of the most powerful things you can do to improve engagement, productivity, and retention. A talk or workshop is a great introduction to building employee connection, but rarely creates lasting change. To do that, you need to invest a little more time. That’s why we offer longer, multi-session programs that help build relationships over time.
Skip the escape room, ropes course, or cook-off. Yes, these events can be fun (especially for extroverts), but they rarely help employees build lasting connections. What really builds a strong team is providing opportunities for co-workers to learn about each other—and connect—as human beings, beyond their work roles.
The first few months are crucial in determining how a new employee feels about their job, how engaged they are, and whether they decide to stay. One of the most important things you can do is to improve workplace culture is to help new employees connect quickly.
How often have you heard employees complain about communication problems? Or talk about a colleague they’ve had email exchanges with for years, but never met? Getting to know colleagues across departments and roles can build understanding and empathy, and make work go more smoothly.

“Fantastic program that truly helps individuals and organizations build interpersonal skills and comradery in any group. As the CEO of Valley ENT, I have seen huge benefits from implementing this program. I can't speak highly enough about our experience. The support and care from the ProjectConnect staff as we implemented the program was superb. The program is clear and easily adaptable to specific organization needs.
In society today, so much attention is paid to mental health issues, yet few programs actually address ways to tackle the problems. ProjectConnect gets at the underlying problem and provides a simple and effective plan for decreasing isolation and increasing positive interactions leading to better office culture, employee satisfaction, and less turnover. This has been our organizations experience. Whether your organization needs a lot of help or your group is strong and looking for ways to make relationships stronger—this is the program is a great fit!”

The feedback from ProjectConnect group participants has been overwhelmingly and unequivocally positive. Every single participant said they would recommend the program to a friend and noted benefits such as getting to know colleagues beyond the day-to-day and giving and receiving support. “Participating in ProjectConnect was hugely helpful for my morale and motivation. As someone who is very efficiency-oriented, I don’t always prioritize making new connections. However, as a member of a ProjectConnect group, I met some excellent new colleagues, learned a lot about colleagues I’ve known for years, and felt authentically connected with all of them. I enjoyed ProjectConnect so much that I’ve recently become a facilitator myself!”

“Project Connect is a helpful framework for making space for connection in the workplace. The program takes away the need for community members or leaders having to figure out conversation starters or an inclusive group structure on their own.
