Employee connection transforms the workplace.

We help you build it.

Lonely employees think about quitting almost once a week and are twice as likely as non-lonely employees to be looking for another job.

When you help employees build relationships, you reduce turnover and increase engagement, satisfaction, and morale.
We make building employee connection easy.

Most businesses leave employees’ sense of connection and belonging to chance, assuming they’ll build relationships with co-workers and supervisors on their own. This is like THROWING MONEY AWAY! Gallup estimates that the cost of replacing a single employee is .5 to 2X their annual salary (for a $100K employee, that’s $50-200K)! On the other hand, having good relationships at work is the number one reason people choose to stay in their jobs AND the top predictor of job satisfaction!

You work hard to hire new employees and get them in the door. Once they’re here, helping them build strong relationships can make the difference between whether they choose to stay or leave. Imagine creating a culture where your best employees want to stay. That’s what building connection does. And it’s easier than you might think.

We provide a proven step-by-step roadmap for building positive relationships quickly.

Build stronger teams within a department.

Skip the escape room, ropes course, or cook-off. Yes, these events can be fun (especially for extroverts), but they rarely help employees build lasting connections. What really builds a strong team is providing opportunities for co-workers to learn about each other—and connect—as human beings, beyond their work roles.

Help new employees connect with colleagues—and your organization— quickly.

The first few months are crucial in determining how a new employee feels about their job, how engaged they are, and whether they decide to stay. One of the most important things you can do is to improve workplace culture is to help new employees connect quickly.

Reduce silos and build relationships across departments.

How often have you heard employees complain about communication problems? Or talk about a colleague they’ve had email exchanges with for years, but never met? Getting to know colleagues across departments and roles can build understanding and empathy, and make work go more smoothly.

Programs can be tailored to your specific workplace culture and needs. Here’s a sample description:
