 Connection Circles

Connection circles create a small group experience (of 4-6 people) that offers a space to connect and build relationships with like-minded individuals. We currently only offer Connection Circles for mental health professionals, but if there’s a specific connection circle you’d like to be part of (a specific identity or interest group for example) please contact us and let us know!

Connection Circles for Clinicians

Connection Circles are intended to provide rich, joyful, nurturing conversations and social support. They are not peer supervision or group therapy. Each session, your circle—of 4-6 clinicians—is provided with a set of question prompts and activities carefully selected to generate deep conversation and build connection in a way that feels fun and fulfilling. Connection Circles are a good fit for clinicians who:

  • Feel isolated seeing client after client behind closed doors (or virtually) and crave meaningful connection and community.

  • Want to talk about your work—and life—with other clinicians who “get it.”

  • Don’t have the energy to initiate social activities after listening to other people all day and want to connect in a way that feels easy.

  • Want to be part of a community that cares for the carers.

Connection Circles meet for an hour twice a month. Clinicians are asked to make a good faith commitment to attend for 6 months to provide a consistent experience for everyone in your group. However, if you decide this isn’t a good fit for you, you can leave at any time. Participation is $99 a month and includes the group meetings and membership in a private online community. The Circles are created and moderated by ProjectConnect Founder, Jessica Gifford, LICSW.

Group meetings are tentatively scheduled for Wednesdays at noon over Zoom. However, there may be other time and in-person options available, so please reach out if you would like to participate, regardless of whether the time works for you.

If you’d like to get a sense of what this experience will be like, Jessica will be holding a free introductory session on May 29 from 12:00-1:00 over Zoom.
