Most organizations leave connection to chance, assuming people will develop relationships on their own. And some will. But that process can take months and many people end up never feeling a sense of connection and belonging.  

ProjectConnect is a structured, repeatable program that builds real relationships in hours—turning connection from a happy accident into a predictable result.

Trained facilitators lead small groups through a step-by-step curriculum — conversation prompts and activities designed to build empathy, connection, and friendship. Groups meet weekly over five 1-hour sessions. Each session builds on the last, so trust and connection deepen naturally over time.

ProjectConnect Group OUTCOMES

  • Significantly reduces loneliness (UCLA loneliness scale).
  • Helps participants build new relationships (Average increase of two additional "friends" from pre- to post-assessment).
