Turn Connection From a Happy Accident Into a Predictable Result

Most organizations leave connection to chance, assuming people will develop relationships on their own. And some will. But that process can take months and many people end up never feeling a sense of connection and belonging.  

ProjectConnect is a structured, repeatable program that builds real relationships in hours, not months.

Trained facilitators lead small groups through a step-by-step curriculum — conversation prompts and activities designed to build empathy, connection, and friendship. Groups meet weekly over five 1-hour sessions. Each session builds on the last, so trust and connection deepen naturally over time.
