Read my book—as I write it.
You're invited to receive early installments of my new book—delivered to your inbox as I write them. One week you'll get the Connection by Design newsletter, and on alternate weeks, a chapter in progress.
It's a front-row seat to the process, in rough-draft form—plus a chance to give feedback (if you want) to help shape the final book.
What the book is about.
It's a practical how-to for anyone who wants to build relationships intentionally—in workplaces, campuses, and communities—so connection stops being a happy accident and becomes a predictable outcome.
Most organizations assume: "If we bring people together, they will connect." But about half don't. Research shows roughly half of college students are lonely, and half of employees feel disconnected in their workplace. People often feel lonely in the communities they join for connection.
Being in the same space isn’t enough. Interaction alone doesn’t create connection. Connection requires specific conditions and behaviors—and that's exactly what this book is about.
If this sounds like something you want to be part of, I’d love to have you as part of “Team Book.” Know someone else who'd want in? Pass it along.
