Each card is designed to help them reach out, check in, repair a relationship, or connect with someone new.
The challenge is simple: choose one card each day, sign it, and give it to someone.
The result? Participants reduce their awkward avoidance, strengthen relationships, and build social courage one tiny act at a time.
Each Challenge Kit includes:
A Facilitator’s Guide — everything you need to launch and run the Challenge with your team, class, or organization. No experience required.
A personal AWK TALK deck for each participant — 36 unique animal pun cards — each one a tiny act of social courage.
A sticker for each participant— I Speak Awkward — to be shown as a signal that you're in the Challenge and open to connection, even if it’s a little messy.
Pre- and post-assessment to measure changes in connection and social confidence — so you can share the results and demonstrate value to your organization.
